CA: Torrance Police Settle for Illegally Destroyed Guns

This is a fascinating case out of California, by the well known law firm of Michel & Associates. California, especially California cities, have had a bad reputation for years, of legally stealing firearms. This was primarily done with police officers confiscating firearms that they came across, without any crime being committed.
