The bullet didn’t penetrate but the concussion I believe could cause damage to the spleen, liver and possibly the pancreas…. It is good to have positive attitude about your product, safety needs more thought though. God Bless!

The impact can still damage important internal organs, even fatally so, as the kinetic energy will still travel into the body (it is just a powerful punch at a small point, after all). If the heart is effected, for example immediately there can be heartbeat irregularities or standstill, and later, healing heart muscle bruising can cause heartbeat irregularities or poor heart pumping or can even rupture. If the target is the lung area, it can cause lung hemorrhage or a tear in the lung and allow air or blood to collect around the lung, a potentially fatal quick outcome. The place he shot himsel was calculated to be the least worrisome, with kidney and/or bowel bruising, hemorrhage, or tearing possibilities, with low chance of quick death but still with possible delayed death from hemorrhage or sepsis. It’s better not to be shot at all, but if it happens, no penetration and low transmission of impact forces to internal structures is a real help. Being hit in less critical areas is also desirable.

Probably wouldn’t hurt so bad at longer distance as in a real world situation. Point Blank has the highest velocity and foot pounds.
