My Savage Mark II FVSR .22 rifle has been waiting a fortnight or two for the arrival of my Silencerco/SWR Spectre II rimfire sound suppressor to clear the NFA Form 4 paperwork and land in the HoG test lab. The day came a bit earlier than expected with two of my Form 4’s submitted to the NFA branch of the BATFE clearing approval in just over 4 months. Remember these are paper applications, submitted the last week of May as the Eform 4’s were taken down indefinitely in March.
