It started out innocently enough. I was just planning to take a few moments to glance at the morning’s events and goings-on (according to the often upside-down world of Facebook). Then it happened. An article headline popped into my feed, and I just could not ignore it: “Virginia Couple Both Shot When Glock Accidentally Fires.” “Oh, here we go again,” I thought. “Yet another story about those ‘evil guns’ and their ‘irresponsible owners.’” I had to find out what in the world could have caused such an accident to happen.
