Five members of the St. Louis Rams attempted to make a statement Sunday when they entered the field with their hands in the air. But it wasn’t joy and jubilation which prompted them to put up their hands, but rather a blatant act to show their support for Michael Brown. The field demonstration came less than a week after the St. Louis County prosecutor announced that the grand jury did not indict Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson for the shooting death of Michael Brown. The announcement led to a re-occurrence of riots and looting in the St. Louis suburb.
