According to provided affidavits, the victim told deputies Ramirez-Castillo had come to her home “to kill her.” She said he broke a back door window and searched the mobile home they shared for 11 out of 12 years for her as she hid in the closet.Meanwhile her roommate reportedly fired a shotgun at Ramirez-Castillo to scare him away before going to a neighbor’s home.
