Saratoga County, NY Deputy Sgt. Shawn Glans, who was recently captured attacking a man for respectfully declining a search without a warrant, has been arrested and resigned: Sergeant Shawn R. Glans was arrested and resigned Monday, days after the deputy was suspended after a video posted on the Internet captured him allegedly slapping a young man as the deputy insisted on searching his vehicle.
