A lawsuit has been filed by numerous opponents, of Washington’s I-594, that mandates so called “universal background checks.” The measure initiated by Bloomberg anti-gun special interests, that spent millions of dollars, targeting low information voters in Washington state. And now residents, have to contend with unconstitutional gray areas, as it pertains to the vital exercise of their Second Amendment rights.
