Rex Jensen, President and CEO of Schroeder-Manatee Ranch, arranged for a private firearms class Saturday for some of his staff and friends. I got an invite and jumped at the chance. Lately, I’ve been doing far too much writing and not enough shooting. There are many reasons why a boss would want to offer a firearms class for his staffers. It offers tremendous team building. It’s great for morale. These days it’s a great idea to have a few well-trained concealed carriers around the office. But most importantly, it’s a lot of fun.
