An Administrative Law Judge has dismissed an attempt by the League of Women Voters of Florida to stop the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission from lifting its ban on hunting with suppressors. In other words, the League asked a court to stop FWC from allowing hunters to use suppressors, and the court dismissed the League’s request.
