In Kansas, a dog owner deliberately let his dogs run loose and unsupervised. At least one of the two dogs, a 90 lb, 10 month old Preso Canario, attacked a neighbor’s chickens, killing some. The neighbor called animal control, then grabbed a shotgun and went to defend his livestock. The Preso Canario charged at him, and he shot and killed the marauding animal.
