I’d never really seen what goes into the creation of a hybrid style holster, so my trip to the Wisconsin Holster Company in Wausau, Wisconsin was pretty eye-opening. Watching John Stephens cut, mold, and assemble a tuckable, hybrid, inside-the-waistband holster unveiled much of the mystery behind this popular style of concealed carry platform.
There is really nothing fancy about this style of holster, and the fact that is has become so popular is a testament to the original design. Still, it was interesting to watch the steps and see the components that went into the creation of the holster. I’m one …read more
