With its drastic gun control laws, in the Maryland Firearm Safety Act of 2013, that bans 45 so called “assault weapons,” and mandates magazines that can only hold 10 rounds. Maryland is without a doubt, taking a hostile approach, to those who exercise their Second Amendment rights.
