In Pennsylvania, different municipalities have different ordinances, with respect to gun laws in the state despite preemption. Making it difficult for gun owners to navigate the myriad of gun laws. Under a new state law, gun owner will have an easier time, suing to overturn such ordinances. Cities are finally going to take preemption seriously or face the legal ramifications. From the AP:
