The Second Amendment Foundation has filed suit against Washington, D.C.’s concealed carry laws. Because of a may issue requirement, to show a “good reason” for a carry permit, that SAF says is unconstitutional. The district requires “a special need for self-protection distinguishable from the general community” which means most applicants are being denied. From The Washington Times:
