The M60 machine gun was the medium machine gun for the U.S. military for decades, though I’m pretty certain the USMC and NAVY are the only services, that issued the M60E3 with the forward grip and lighter barrel. The one in the video below, looks to have a short barrel like the E4/Mk43 NAVY Special Warfare version, but the M60E3 barrel simply switches out, so it’s understandable how the owner could just change it.
