Jennie Cochran was contacted by Bloomberg’s “Everytown” For Gun Safety in regard to her murdered sister. The group was interested in using her sister’s story to argue for more of its anti-gun policies. Jennie Cochran told the group no, “Because the only thing that would have saved her was a gun.” She’s in fact pro gun. From Western Journalism: She told Wright that more gun laws “makes more victims,” and she did not want Jessie’s story used for that purpose.
