In two separate indictments, 25 members of an interstate white power prison gang were brought up on federal charges of racketeering in Mississippi and Oklahoma, the Justice Department announced Thursday. Frank Owens Jr., also known as “State Raised,” and 13 others associated with the Aryan Brotherhood of Mississippi face 10 counts of murder, attempted murder, kidnapping, assault, money laundering, firearms trafficking and conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine, which were allegedly committed in the interest of the criminal organization, according to the 31-page indictment handed down Oct. 23 and unsealed Thursday.
