We received several hateful emails recently following our recent post “ATF Backs Down on M855 Ban”. While, we appreciate these meager whinings, we could read the writing on the wall given the huge outpouring support against a ban for the M855 ammunition. The ATF has now confirmed that they are in fact backing down on any such ban. Now of course they can change their mind tomorrow and make some other random assessment, but hey that’s just another day down at the Bureau.
