Anti-gun Richmond Police Chief Chris Magnus, thought it would be a good idea, to break the law by joining recent police protesters. He’s been photographed holding a “Black lives matter” sign while in uniform. Something that’s a problem, as it violates state code, according to the Richmond Police Officers Association.
