According to a now released affidavit featured at The Blaze, D.C. police wanted to arrest David Gregory after his stunt in pulling out a 30 round AR magazine, in front of Wayne Lapierre on Meet the Press back in 2012. Which is an offence worthy of being arrested in the nation’s capitol. Thanks to Legal Insurrection and Judicial Watch, we now know, that David Gregory came very close if not for the attorney general.
