Pennsylvania State Rep Marty Flynn defended himself and another lawmaker with a concealed handgun. Details are still very sketchy, but Dauphin County District Attorney Ed Marsico has confirmed to an ABC News affiliate that two muggers targeting a pair of State Representatives in Harrisburg targeted the wrong guys. ABC affiliate WHTM in Harrisburg says website capitolwire.com reports that State Representatives Ryan Bizzarro and Marty Flynn of Scranton were involved in an exchange of gunfire with suspected robbers. The website states that the two representatives were approached by two muggers and a driver around 11 p.m. Tuesday in Harrisburg.
