That’s from a multi-million dollar ad campaign the Second Amendment group has released suggesting we’re ‘goin’ off the rails on a crazy train.’
The NRA says the ads target middle class moms, minorities and others who believe our country is off the rails. None of this impresses Ladd Everitt of the Coalition to Stop Gun Violence.
“One thing I found interesting about the ads, which should be clearly noticeable to anyone, is that they have nothing to do with guns. Guns are never even mentioned.”
Everitt says the ad campaign “reeks of some sense of white privilege that’s been lost.”
