The National Shooting Sports Foundation has reportedly gained ground in its discrimination case Wednesday. The FDIC admitted wrong doing, in carrying out Operation Choke Point which targeted legal gun businesses, by denying them financial services. From an article at Forbes: This week the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) published a statement saying they are instituting changes to stop Operation Choke Point’s discriminatory practices against legal businesses.
