Could there be a better Christmas present for young sportsmen? Gov. Rick Scott on Thursday signed an executive order dropping the price of a Lifetime Sportsman License for kids and young adults by 50 percent. The price of a Lifetime Sportsman License, which usually cost around $1,000, was reduced to $500 for Florida residents who are 21-years-old and younger. The special offer is in effect from Nov. 24 through Dec. 31, 2014.
