If you call a county official, they’ll almost always call you back. If they screw up, they’ll admit their mistake. Not so at the Park’s Department, where officials have apparently headed for the tall timber. Carolyn Brown, the county’s Park’s Director, did not return calls, emails or messages left with her staff yesterday. I even tried her cell phone. No joy there either.
