Witnesses told police that three men and three women were inside the affected apartment. One of the women left the unit and encountered Quintavious Reed in a breezeway. Reed forced the woman back inside the apartment.Investigators said Reed got into a struggle with one of the men inside the unit. The victim, who had a gun, fatally shot Reed.
