She needs to be impeached for breech of contract. She took an oath tohonor and defend the Constitution of the US. She is doing just the opposite. Citizens harmed by her statement to police need to file law suits directly targeting the officer because they also take an oath and are taught people are immocent till prtoven guilty in a court of law.If a few cops get sued and have to go through the hassel, the rest might decide NOT to obey an unlawful order.

Further, She says that if a citizen is driving a car, it is assumed to be stolen and if carrying money, that is stolen too. If walking, it is assumed you are fleeing after committing a crime. It you are sitting still it is assumed that you are contemplating a crime or that you voted for Trump.

This is what she’s doing.

It’s a violation of due process clause and equal protection clause. The state will be sued for millions.

Are you kidding? Police are in the disarm America business as deep as any liberal in fact, when it comes to disarming Americans, police and liberals should get a room together!

Somehow, I don’t think that is Constitutional. A presumption of guilt before evidence of is not how policing is done. Seem to think there are several Supreme Court cases that absolutely prohibit those actions.

I Haz A Question

Is the presumption of guilt before evidence what BGCs and NICS are all about?
