A deal offered by attorneys representing, a gun rights group, that would save the city its legal costs in exchange for rescinding the illegal laws. Instead, the mayor of Harrisburg is claiming that the city’s illegal gun laws, protect residents of the city.
One of the laws the city is being asked to rescind, forbids the sale of firearms, in time of a state emergency.
