The legal scholars at the Huffington Post, claim self defense and the Constitution is a “laughable” argument, when it comes to defending gun rights. With the same tired old screed as if the Supreme Court of the United States hasn’t ruled on it. Yes, I suppose they’d like to treat the right to keep and bear arms as a privilege, much like the states of California and New Jersey to name a couple.
