In January of 2013, shortly after Ben started co-hosting the podcast he and another mutual friend started dropping some hints to me about weight loss, paleo, and general health and well being. It took a couple of months to get through to me, but after hearing Ben talk about eating bacon all the time, somewhere around the end of February/beginning of March 2013 I decided to give this whole paleo thing a go. In a matter of weeks I lost almost 20lbs, and felt better than I’ve ever felt.
