From this news piece, it seems that may be the case, or maybe not. It could be that the folks ar Ruger smiled and nodded when approached by these folks, without having any intention of acting on the information, or it could be just as insidious as it sounds, I need a whole lot more than just one sentence from a NY news staion before I can pass judgement.
