It appears the League of Women Voters of Florida may be behind — or at least heavily involved in — a lawsuit filed against the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, which seeks to stop FWC from lifting its ban on the use of suppressors for hunting in Florida. Last month, FWC commissioners voted to remove the ban, opening up the use of suppressors on pistols and rifles for all hunting in the state. Those involved in the lawsuit, which was filed this week, raise questions about the League’s involvement.
