Lehigh Defense 300gr Controlled Fracturing! Machined Brass Devastation

These 300 grain, .458-cailber bullets provide some of the most impressive ballistic performance I’ve seen. The bullet’s four machined almost half-inch long petals separated as designed and carved their own wound channels, and the base penetrated the gel block fully. Designed as a subsonic bullet for the .45-70 catridge, this also bullet works well in the .458 SOCOM and .50 muzzleloaders via a sabot, as demonstrated here.

This would seem to be a great round for thin-skinned medium-bodied game.
