Man sues police commander accused of sticking gun in his mouth

A lawsuit was filed Tuesday in federal court against Chicago Police Cmdr. Glenn Evans, who prosecutors allege stuck his gun in a suspect’s mouth, held a Taser to his groin and threatened to kill him after a foot chase on the South Side in January 2013.
