Not 21 Million carry permits… 63 million can carry concealed in the US…
There are stories saying 21 million have carry permits. Forget that. Approximately 63 million can carry without a permit! 21 states. About 85 million population. Approx 75% are 21 or older. If my grade-school math is right, at least 63 Million can carry concealed in the U.S.
