DAYTON, OH (FOX19) – The man who shot and killed a teen at Dayton Mall as he was threatened at gunpoint will not be charged in the teen’s death, the Montgomery County Prosecutor’s Office announced Friday.On Dec. 20 around 10 a.m., 16-year-old Jawaad Jabbar was shot and killed after he tried to commit an armed robbery of an adult with a concealed carry license.
