SIG Sauer introduced the MCX line earlier this year, with a short-barreled rifle, pistol and carbine rounding out the new offerings. Designed as a platform for the .300 AAC Blackout, the MCX is the rifle-caliber version of the MPX released last year. The MCX The SIG MCX features a buffer tube-less recoil assembly, allowing a folding stock. The lower receiver has AR-style controls, ambidextrous selector and magazine release. The SIG MCX upper is compatible with mil-spec AR-15 lowers and comes with iron sights and KeyMod handguards.
