Remington settling with Sandy Hook parents–Remington Outdoor Company basically doesn’t exist today. This settlement is courtesy of the insurance companies. If it had gone to trial, chances are Rem would have prevailed over the manufacturered claim in the suit. My 2 cents’ worth.
