TALLAHASSEE – In an apparent attempt to influence lawmakers considering the campus-carry bill, officials at Florida International University created a list of questionable expenses totaling $1 million, which they claim their institution would incur should the bill become law.

The expense list was then sent to staffers at other universities, one of whom said in an email: “You have to give them props for being creative!”
